In addition to weight gain, eating too much sugar increases the risk of depression and skin diseases. If you like sweets, eat in limited quantities. Besides, if you are suffering from any special disease, then eat sweets on the advice of the doctor.
Heart patients should not eat sweets-
A heart patient should be very careful before consuming sweets. There are many heart patients who do not pay special attention to food. Eating too much sweets increases the risk of heart attack. Health of heart patients may deteriorate. Also they may have many health problems. Eating too much sweets can harm heart patients.
The risk of heart disease may increase.
Heart patients are basically weak from inside. In this condition the immune system becomes weak. Eating too much sugar increases the risk of other heart-related diseases. Eating too much sugar increases triglyceride levels. Fat slowly accumulates in the bloodstream. Due to which the risk of heart disease increases.
High blood pressure problem-
Eating too much sweets increases the risk of high blood pressure in case of heart disease. Eating too much sugar disrupts the body’s natural balance of potassium and sodium. Due to which the risk of bleeding increases significantly.
Many types of swelling can occur in heart patients if they eat too much sweets. Chronic inflammation can occur in the body. It has been linked to heart disease. These include atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and coronary artery disease.
Incidentally, most deaths from heart disease worldwide are caused by LDL cholesterol. Studies have shown that reducing cholesterol by 40 mg per deciliter of blood can reduce the risk of death from heart disease by 21 percent. Another type of cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, on the other hand, is considered safer for the heart. So many people suggest to eat this cholesterol rich food. But it should be remembered that there has been a very limited number of studies on this topic.
