Indian food culture has different flavors depending on the region. But this information does not matter in case of conduct. Starting from North India to South India or East India to West India, our diet is incomplete without a bowl of pickle. Just as pickles are delicious to eat, they are also considered beneficial for health. There has been a lot of excitement about a wild fruit that is commonly used in food these days. It is generally called कौर. But in the local language it is called tint. Many people add this wild fruit to pickles.
This fruit usually arrives with the rainy season, but these fruits are seen in the market almost in the middle of the rainy season. This fruit can be seen only during the rainy season in hilly areas. This fruit is being sold in Alwar market for only Rs 100 per kg.
बैद्या जगन्नाथ मृष्ठ said, Tincture pickle is usually cold, hence consuming it regularly purifies the blood. He also said that its pickles are very beneficial for the stomach. By consuming it in sufficient quantity and at the right time, one gets relief from stomach related problems. If you prepare dry powdered sugar and consume it, it provides relief in joint pain, cough, bloating, diabetes, dysentery, leprosy etc.
This tint is made and sold on the streets outside the bus stand of Alwar city. Seller Ram Singh said, this fruit is available only during the rainy season. Many people buy it for making pickles. The tint currently available in Alwar comes from the Sehrawaas area of Alwar district. But now its results are less. The local people of Sehrawaas earn money during this time by selling these fruits in Alwar. When Ram Singh asked about its price, he said, currently the price of the fruit per kg is Rs 100.
