He said, “Borolli fish are being brought from the local river. So that the taste does not move. The chef is making Borli Jhal with these fishes. Raw greens topped with hilsa fish head. These positions are not normally held in other lodges. These terms carry the Bengali culture. Also Pujo special Bengali thali has mustard hilsa, mutton. Shik Kebab, Mutton Biryani, Mutton Rezala and South Indian dishes are there.”
